REGISTRATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL BOTH THE REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED.

All fees are due no later than six weeks prior to class or when the class fills up – whichever comes first. To ensure you get the class date you require it is recommend you pay at the time you register for a class.

NOTE: Any name changes to class enrollment within 14 days of the class date (substitutions or late enrollments) are subject to a $75 fee.

Retesting fees for failing the written and/or hands-on test is $195.

TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD YOU NEED TO PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW WHERE YOU CAN RECEIVE A PAYPAL INVOICE.   You do not need to have a PayPal account.  All Major credit cards are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The PayPal invoice you receive WILL BE FROM AQUA IRRIGATION our parent company it is for your backflow training fees.
  • When using the drop down calendar on the forms below when you click on a date it will appear as:  DAY/MONTH/YEAR instead of the typical month/day/year.  For example,  December 1, 2025 will look like  1/12/25.

NOTE: If you are changing your certification to ASSE from ABPA or another organization, ASSE charges a $75 conversion fee in addition to the $475 class fee (see below). You will also need to email a copy of your current backflow tester card.

If you failed the backflow exam (written and/or hands-on) and wish to retest, fill out a registration form with the desired class date and indicate you are retesting.  Then fill out this form and we will send you an invoice if you want to pay by credit card.

Fill out this if you are enrolling late or converting from another backflow tester license.  This amount will be added to the invoice for your recertification class fee.

CANCELLATIONS OR REQUESTS TO RESCHEDULE MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY EMAIL.

VERBAL CHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. 

ANY CREDITS OR ADDITIONAL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO THE POLICIES STATED BELOW.

 

CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES:

There is no charge if a registration is cancelled or changed 30 business days or more prior to class. Fees will be refunded or applied to a future class.

NOTE: Cancellations or changes 29-21 business days prior to class will receive only a credit (see below) toward a future class if the opening can not be filled. Credits must be used within six months or next available class.

Due to our small class sizes cancellations 20 days or less prior to class or failure to show up for class will not receive a credit or refund.
